Payroll & Accounts Assistant
My client, an international company based in North Dublin are recruiting for a Payroll Specialist who also has some accounts experience.
This company offer a hybrid working model – 3 days office and 2 from home.
About your new job:
Process monthly payroll for 500 employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and statutory payments.
Handle employee queries related their payslip
Process supplier and subcontractor invoices.
Match invoices to purchase orders, delivery notes, and project codes.
What skills you need:
2+ years Irish Payroll experience
Construction or Engineering experience would be a plus
Proficient in MS Excel
What's on offer:
Salary is up to €50,000
