Workday HRIS Implementation Lead
Goodyear is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS implementation lead to drive the successful deployment and ongoing management of its global Workday platform. This key role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams, and process owners by translating complex needs into scalable configurations.
About the Role:
* Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM modules for a global workforce including recruiting, talent management compensation etc.
* Ensure system configurations meet both global and local business requirements including statutory compliance regulatory requirements cultural differences international standards applicable law & regulations
* Maintain optimize Workday business processes security roles workflows integrations as part of our global team support operations worldwide
Skill Requirements:
1.
