Applications are invited for the position of Clerical Officer at Bon Secours Hospital Tralee on a permanent basis (35 hours per week).
The successful candidate will work within the Clerical Administration Department and must possess the following at a minimum:
* 2 years office/administration experience essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player.
* Excellent IT skills - Excel, Word,, typing skills.
* Ability to multitask essential.
* Excellent time keeping skills.
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Motivation and dedication to providing quality and excellent service.
* Ability to evaluate information and judge situations.
* Flexible to changing needs.
