Currently Hiring an experienced Case Management Worker for theirDublin Operation. Full time 35 hours per week – we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract
Key Responsibilities
* To guarantee that service users have access to pertinent wraparound services that are necessary for their advancement by working closely with them and using a case management approach.
* Our goal is to support and enable service users to get past the obstacles they encounter. To help customers keep their present accommodations, we work with teams from various services.
* Evaluation of Life Skills and Useful Assistance: improving current life skills to enable people to become more self-sufficient.
* Risk assessment must be given top priority, and lone working procedures must be followed, in order to completely comply with organisational health and safety policies.
* In order to help the service accomplish its main goals and guarantee that the needs of service users are satisfied, try to be innovative and proactive in your job.
Requirements
* Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the homeless sector or a related field, with at least one year dedicated to coordinating support plans for service users with complex needs
* Have a deep understanding of the causes of homelessness and the challenges faced by individuals at risk.
* Candidates should have experience collaborating with various agencies in both voluntary and statutory sectors.
* Experience in lone or off-site work is desirable
* Clear comprehension of the case management approach is crucial for success in this role.
