Director - Talent Services
Drew Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Talent Services.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned talent management expert to lead our talent services function, driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with Drew Consulting's business objectives.
* Talent Development: Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
* Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, setting goals, objectives, and metrics to measure success.
* Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees to ensure a smooth succession process.
* Culture Enhancement: Foster a positive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Communication: Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and employees, ensuring open communication and transparency.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, preferably in a consulting firm.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
