Deal values typically range from €30k–€300k depending on the type of equipment, vehicle, or machinery.The PersonLiving in either Monaghan, Longford, Cavan or LouthProven track record in business development and sales, ideally within equipment, vehicle, machinery finance/sales or IT sales.Strong interest in the Irish Agri and construction sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.Dynamic, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong IT, organisational, and planning skills.Ambitious and eager to develop a long-term career in sales.The RoleMaintain, nurture, and expand the company's existing dealer network.Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.Build strong, trusted relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.Represent the business with professionalism and market expertise.There is an excellent package available for the successful candidate.
