ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen, Co. Tipperary.

Who We Are

As a Support Worker, working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre. You will work in close collaboration with the Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead to create and maintain a warm, accepting, and secure environment for the young people in your care. You will play a key role in delivering the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.

* Attractive starting salary package for our Full-time Support Workers of €35,812 - €38,866 annually (depending on experience)

Qualifications & Experience:

* Support workers require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector
* A full driving licence
* Experience working with vulnerable young people and youth and families in community or residential settings
