Overview of the Job Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious retail professional to take on the role of Service Station Manager in our Centra store. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the site operates efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Main Responsibilities:
* Taking final responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site.
* Maintaining high standards of merchandising, presentation, and Customer Care throughout the store.
* Achieving sales, margins, wastage targets through effective management of people and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, controlling stock levels, maintaining accurate records,
daily cash reconciliations & cash control daily bank lodgements. They should also have strong communication skills,
a passion for retail with a strong work ethic. Experience with reading reports
demonstrating knowledge relevant legislation is desirable.
