The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimising, and troubleshooting Mechanical units to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations.
AC System Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on all AC plant, plantroom equipment and associated controls.
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve system issues promptly, utilising diagnostic tools to maintain optimal functioning and minimise downtime.
Optimisation and Upgrades: Assess and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and performance of AC systems, recommending upgrades or modifications as needed for improved performance.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule and execute AC maintenance tasks efficiently, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in AC system maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, component replacements and recommendations for improvements.
