A dynamic Key Account Specialist is sought to join our medical technology specialist team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and clinical support in operating theatres for cranial and spine procedures.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert technical and clinical support in operating theatres for cranial and spine procedures, ensuring seamless execution of complex surgeries.
* Cover cases across the assigned territory and deliver comprehensive sales support in intraoperative settings.
* Deliver timely and effective troubleshooting of equipment issues for both customers and the sales team, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
* Develop and lead staff and customer training/education programs, promoting expertise and best practices within the industry.
* Attend and actively participate in regional events such as congresses and customer meetings, fostering relationships and driving business growth.
* Maintain inventory levels in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring optimal stock management and efficient distribution networks.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
* Support the launch and market adoption of new products, facilitating their integration into existing workflows and customer ecosystems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, large capital equipment support, and break/fix services, delivering holistic solutions that meet customer needs.
