Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls, queries and quotations
* Manage bookings, off-hires, invoicing and statements
* Schedule deliveries and collections
* Administration of hire documentation
* Manage payroll and accounts receivable
* Perform other duties as assigned
Working Hours: 8:00 to 17:30
Requirements:
* 6 months minimum office work experience would be preferred.
* Computer experience with using Excel, Email and preferrably an accountancy system
* Basic knowledge of usage and operation of light construction equipment preferred.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills required.
* Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision required.
* Consistent attendance.
