My client, a pizza-base supplier, is seeking to hire an Expired Food Operator to join their team in South Dublin.
This is an exciting role for the right candidate interested in food.
Responsibilities Preparing dough for pizza bases using weighing scales and ingredient recipe sheets.
Controlling dough fermentation.
Manage all sourdough culture & refresh for production.
Maintain production schedule without supervision.
Complete production records, including tracking waste, temperature, and quality, will be included.
Maintain hygiene and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within the work area.
Handle all food items correctly and keep them up with HACCP training.
Essential Criteria Must have previous baking or food industry experience and excellent communication with good English.
Passionate about your work and the food that you produce.
Willingness to learn & follow production procedure.
