We're working with an Irish owned contractor in their search for an experienced Foreman in Crosshaven, Co. Cork.

Responsibilities:
9. Coordinating and managing subcontractors, trades and labour
10. Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards
11. Implementation of daily and weekly programmes. Ensuring that the subcontractors have adequate resources to meet the programme
12. Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
13. Attending weekly site meetings
14. Providing assistance to the Site Manager
15. Plan, implement and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
16. Produce employee and project schedules
17. Manage and monitor members attendance and work
18. Adhere to relevant safety regulations
19. Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment
20. Allocate and delegate responsibilities
21. Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
Requirements:
22. Trade qualified individual or A degree in a Construction/Engineering related discipline
23. Previous Finishing Foreman experience required
24. Critical thinking and problem solving skills
25. The suitable candidate must have 5+ years experience on similar projects
26. Able to form strong and productive relationships across at peer group level
27. Experience in Word, Power Point and Excel skills
