Ryanair is currently recruiting for a Route Development Manager to join Europe’s biggest airline group.

The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Head office, reporting to the Director of Route Development.
The Route Development team is responsible for managing, negotiating, and developing commercial relationships with airports, governmental agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to support the low-cost expansion of Ryanair’s network across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing a dedicated portfolio of airports, regional agencies, and countries
* Developing, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs to inform commercial strategy
* Reducing airport costs and securing low-cost deals at new airports
* Building and maintaining relationships with airports and government agencies
* Negotiating and contracting commercial agreements
* Participating in route selection/deselection processes
* Analyzing competitive data to identify opportunities
* Collaborating with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations teams
* Traveling internationally once or twice per month to meet stakeholders and support media obligations
* Performing other duties as required
Requirements
* A commercially focused background (e.g., buyer, accountant, legal)
* Strong communication skills, clear and concise
* Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to work independently and in teams
* Adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Analytical skills to interpret data and reports
* Proficiency in Excel and computer skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are advantageous
