We're excited to announce an opportunity to join the St. Helen's team as
Guest Experience Manager
.

At St. Helen's, five star hospitality is built on a real welcome, consistent standards, and a thoughtful approach to every guest stay. We are now looking for a Guest Experience Manager to lead that feeling across the hotel, someone who brings polish, pace, and genuine care to every arrival, every request, and every goodbye.

Who You Are

You are a natural host with high standards and the presence to lead from the floor. You understand that five star service is built on consistency, discretion, and personal touches that feel effortless. You enjoy being the point person guests remember and the leader teams trust.

Our ideal candidate:

* Proven experience in
luxury hospitality
in guest relations or front office
* Guest focused
leader who enjoys being visible and hands on
* Detail driven with strong judgement and calm problem solving
* Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and warmth
* Naturally organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Fluent English essential; additional languages a plus

What You'll Do

Guest Experience and VIP Hosting

* Welcome and engage with VIP and regular guests, ensuring every arrival feels personal and seamless
* Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and meaningful guest moments
* Liaise daily with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Concierge teams
* Resolve guest feedback in real time and drive service improvements
* Oversee guest feedback platforms and communicate outcomes to HODs and the GM

Operational Support

* Support key control procedures and guest room security standards
* Maintain strong knowledge of Front Office systems and procedures
* Assist with room pre assignments and group arrivals
* Support initiatives that improve service flow and operational ease

People and Team Leadership

* Coach teams through visible leadership and clear expectations
* Ensure reliable, consistent service for every guest
* Motivate colleagues to take pride in the guest journey
* Guide daily improvements that strengthen teamwork and satisfaction
