Talent Acquisition Manager. Employer: Ecokell. Location: Unit 8A Monahan Road, Cork, Ireland. Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent. Working Hours: 39 hours per week. Annual Salary: €34,000.
Job Description: Ecokell is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and support business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent while also assisting with procurement-related functions to ensure smooth operational flow.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
* Develop talent pipelines to meet long-term staffing needs
* Maintain applicant tracking systems and generate hiring reports
* Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new hires
* Assist with supplier communications and document management for procurement needs
* Support compliance with HR and procurement policies and procedures
Requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR management
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
