As part of this growth, the firm seeks an exceptional individual to take on the role of Head of Wealth Planning & Investment Oversight.This senior, ExCo-level position holds PCF-30 accountability and combines investment governance, oversight, and leadership with meaningful influence over the firm's investment and wealth planning proposition. The successful candidate will ensure robust oversight of discretionary investment and advisory activity while helping shape the evolution of the investment framework as the European business grows. The Opportunity - Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Oversight- Lead the supervision and monitoring of portfolio management, investment advice, and financial planning across the firm. Ensure adherence to the group's investment process and risk framework, maintaining consistent standards for suitability, performance, and client outcomes.Governance & Risk- Chair theInvestment Oversight & Outsourcing Committeeand report to the Board and Executive Committee on investment performance, monitoring results, and delegated functions. Oversee third-party and intra-group providers to ensure proper controls and accountability.Leadership & Collaboration- Partner closely with the Group CIO, MD, and senior leadership teams across Wealth, Compliance, and Risk to align investment oversight with client and business objectives. Foster collaboration between portfolio managers, financial planners, and compliance professionals.Regulatory Accountability- Serve as the firm'sPCF-30 (Chief Investment Officer)under the Central Bank of Ireland framework, ensuring continuous compliance with fitness and probity, conduct, and consumer duty obligations.Strategic Evolution- Contribute to the ongoing development of the investment and wealth planning proposition for the EU entity, influencing design and governance of investment frameworks as the platform scales. The Individual Strong background ininvestment management, investment risk, or portfolio oversight, ideally within wealth or asset management. Demonstrated expertise inportfolio construction, suitability, and performance analysis. Credible and confident at Board/ExCo level, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and regulators. Deep understanding ofdiscretionary and advisory investment processeswith HNW or retail client exposure. Proven ability to lead teams, mentor professionals, and drive a culture of accountability and collaboration. Holds or eligible forPCF-30 approval; ideally CFA, CISI Chartered Wealth Manager, PCIAM, or equivalent.
