Key Responsibilities
* Manage, plan, and implement Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
* Oversee AD schema changes, AD logical and physical architecture.
* Design and implement Sites, Subnets, Organizational Units, and Domain Controller strategy.
* Monitor AD replication and perform AD backup and recovery.
* Manage trust relationships between domains.
* Design, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Group Policies.
* Handle Group Policy backups, recovery, and administrative templates.
* Configure user and computer environments using Group Policy.
Technical Requirements
* Experience with AGPM, AADConnect, AppProxy, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and AD monitoring.
* Knowledge of certificate-based authentication and PKI.
* Ability to apply Microsoft updates/patches and follow security compliance standards.
* Experience with automation and reporting using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
* Ability to manage AD-related migrations and upgrades.
* Experience with AD backup and recovery tools.
* Familiarity with security reporting tools.
Soft Skills
* Experience with incident/task management tools (e.g., Remedy).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to handle customer interactions and severity cases.
* Capability to prepare RCA reports.
* Team management and conflict-resolution skills.
Required Experience
* 7+ years in Active Directory & Azure AD.
* 5+ years in Group Policy Management.
* 4+ years scripting experience (PowerShell preferred).
* Strong background with Windows Server (2012–2022).
