We are looking for a Backend Tech Lead for our server team. They will be responsible for the development of current game mechanics and the creation of new features for all of Playrix's games.
You will face tasks ranging from developing architecture to implementing and operating services in a high-load environment — 75K RPS. This requires experience in developing high-load services and working with DynamoDB, S3, and SQS.

Tasks
1. Producing technical and product initiatives
2. Managing the team and developing engineers' technical competencies
3. Interacting with game development teams and forming requirements for game features
4. Designing and programming the server side of games for high loads — 75K RPS
5. Monitoring and ensuring technical reliability of game servers
6. Designing and developing API for our games
7. Programming automation scripts for game operations
Requirements
8. Experience managing a team of 3+ developers, mentoring and developing the team's technical competencies
9. Experience leading technical and product initiatives (ES6+)
10. 5+ years of experience in backend development, 3+ of which are on Node.JS (ES6+)
11. 2+ years of experience designing the architecture of high-load services and applications in the cloud
12. Proficient knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
13. Experience working with cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS.
14. Experience writing automated Unit, Integration tests
Preferred
15. Experience with DynamoDB and other NoSQL DBMS: Cassandra, Redis, MongoDB, etc.
16. Experience developing in Python
17. Participation in open source projects
