We're looking for an Office/Sales Administrator to join our client's team in Swords. This is a full-time, on-site role combining administrative support with marketing and sales assistance. What You'll Do Manage social media engagement to strengthen online presence. Assist with planning and coordinating PR activities, sales meetings, and company events. Support the sales team with brand development and customer service. Prepare in-house newsletters and company updates. Assist accounts payable with administrative tasks. Offer general admin support to management when needed. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrator. Strong knowledge of office management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
