Roles & Responsibilities
* Review ITT documentation and prepare preliminary civil designs (earthworks, drainage, access roads, structures, compounds).
* Assess civil engineering risks (ground, flooding, services, environment) and define risk allowances.
* Develop Civil Design Scope of Works and coordinate with designers and contractors.
* Collaborate with estimators and electrical teams to align civil and electrical requirements.
* Support programme and resource scheduling; attend site visits as needed.
* Pre-Construction / Design Phase:
* Support project handover from Estimating to Operations.
* Coordinate with consultants and review civil designs for compliance and optimisation.
* Attend design meetings and liaise with designers/contractors to ensure site readiness.
* Assist in preparing subcontract packages and ensure adherence to client systems and standards.
* Provide civil engineering support during construction.
* Manage changes to civil works scope, assessing risk, cost, and quality impacts.
* Support temporary works reviews and conduct site visits/audits for compliance.
* Review as-built drawings and verify completeness of civil works records.
* Check H&S file submissions from designers/contractors.

* 2+ years post graduate experience
