Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Project Lead Developer. The role will involve overseeing the development of technical projects, managing teams of developers, ensuring deadlines are met, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The Project Lead Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, plan development timelines, and ensure that projects align with business goals. Additionally, the role requires problem-solving and troubleshooting to address challenges and improve system architecture.
Qualifications
* Strong programming skills and experience in software development
* Experience in project management, team leadership, and the ability to effectively delegate tasks
* Knowledge of system architecture, database management, and technical troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in modern software development tools and frameworks
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
* Experience in fintech or familiarity with financial technologies is a plus
