About the Role:
As the Core Team Leader, you will manage the entire lifecycle of new product development, from concept to manufacturing and global launch. This leadership role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about solving complex challenges.
What You’ll Do:
* Set the Vision: Develop and lead strategic plans for procedural accessories, fostering innovation and market growth.
* Lead Programs: Manage complex programs across functions, handling risk, timelines, resources, and communication.
* Build High-Performing Teams: Inspire and mentor professionals to achieve project success.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Leading program execution and managing key deliverables across teams and regions
* Defining and executing portfolio strategies for procedural accessory products
* Aligning engineering, operations, quality, and regional teams
* Driving financial planning and forecasting
* Communicating strategically with senior leadership
* Representing the portfolio at industry events and meetings with clinical leaders
What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific field
* 10+ years in product development or project management (8+ with an advanced degree)
* 7+ years in leadership roles
Preferred Experience:
* Proven success in medical technology product development
* Experience with catheter-based or interventional systems
* Knowledge of clinical procedures and engagement with key opinion leaders
