Job Description
The Project Manager position is a role focused on the close management of several of our key clients’ and new clients’ long-term projects. These projects will most likely involve complete ecommerce website builds from scratch or the replatforming/rebuilding of existing ecommerce websites.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for communicating with clients and the development team to coordinate support, milestones, deliverables, testing, and project work.
The PM will oversee the full lifecycle of each project from the end of the sales cycle to go-live. This includes activities such as:
1. Initial sales meetings/calls
2. Defining client requirements
3. Writing and pricing proposals
4. Confirming requirements, timelines, and costs
5. Planning milestones and deliverables
6. Scheduling resources
7. Ongoing client communication
8. Monitoring progress via standups and Kanban boards
9. Design oversight and QA
10. Setting up development environments and invoicing for hosting and licenses
11. Managing change requests and third-party integrations
12. Coordinating go-live activities and sign-offs
13. Post-live project handover, profitability analysis, documentation, and process improvement

The successful candidate will likely have:
* Experience managing the full project lifecycle of digital projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivation and adaptability
* Experience managing dependencies and risks
* Familiarity with project management tools
* Strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce
* Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS
