Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior recruitment consultants, setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
* Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes shared success, accountability, and professional growth.
* Partner with senior leadership to shape and implement strategies for team growth and business expansion.
* Support and advocate for your team ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and backing they need to succeed.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery within your division, maintaining high standards of client and candidate experience.
* Manage key client relationships and drive business development within your specialist vertical.
* Lead by example in demonstrating best practice recruitment and relationship management.
* Use market insights to identify new opportunities and influence commercial direction.
* Collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and business development teams to enhance visibility and performance.
About You
* Proven experience in a team leadership or management role within recruitment, ideally leading senior consultants.
* Strong track record in recruitment and business development within IT, AI, Tech, or related sectors.
* Results-focused with a keen interest in driving both team performance and financial growth.
* A natural motivator and team builder, able to inspire trust and confidence across consultants and clients alike.
* Excellent communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about developing others.
* Strategic thinker who balances leadership and delivery responsibilities.
