Our client is a leading Irish multi-disciplinary construction company. They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for Waterford & South East.
This role typically involves large-scale building projects in excess of €40,000,000, including public and private contracts in various sectors such as high-density residential, commercial, pharma, academic, and industrial.

Responsibilities include site-based reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience required with an established Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
2. Large project and/or Design & Build experience preferred.
3. Drivers Licence.
