Key Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator Role:
* Recruitment and Onboarding Support
o Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
o Prepare employment offer letters and new hire paperwork.
o Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
o Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* HR Administration and Record Keeping
o Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
o Process HR-related documentation, such as employee information updates and terminations.
o Generate HR reports as needed (e.g., headcount, turnover, training).
o Manage HR filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
* Employee Relations and Support
o Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
o Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating complex matters to HR leadership.
o Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
* Benefits Administration Support
o Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (e.g. pensions, leave management).
o Help employees with benefits enrollment and queries.
* HR Programme Co-ordination
o Support the coordination of training and development programs.
o Assist with performance management processes.
o Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
* Compliance and Policy Adherence
o Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
o Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures.
* General HR Support
o Prepare HR-related correspondence and presentations.
o Assist with HR audits and data collection.
o Undertake any other duties as required to support the HR team.
