Training and Development Opportunities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Training Professional to lead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
Job Description:
The Training Professional will be responsible for leading training initiatives, supporting the Learning & Development team, and participating in classroom-based training. They will also provide input on onboarding, deliver systems-based training, and direct employees to SOPs. Additionally, they will manage initial performance in training programs, identify gaps in training, establish training goals with individuals, and introduce QA standards and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an Insurance Account executive or similar
* Previous Customer Service Experience
* Broad Knowledge of all areas of Personal Lines insurance
* Foundational Knowledge on relevant qualification (APA)
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
* Presentation Skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Attention to detail
* Strong administrative skills
* Documentation control in line Arachas Procedures
* Possess the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
* A good degree of personal organization and a structured approach to time and resource management
* Willingness to learn and develop
* Problem-solving abilities and solution-oriented
* Strong work ethic
Minimum Entry Requirements:
* Leaving cert or equivalent level 5 FETAC
* APA qualified (Personal Lines)
* 3-5 years' Personal Lines insurance experience
* 3-5 years' experience relay system
