Warehouse Supervisor Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes. This role involves managing team members, assigning work plans, and monitoring performance.

* Manage and assign daily work plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Monitor accuracy and organization during intake and outload processes.
* Supervise picking and checking processes for accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years' experience as a Team Leader or supervisor in a similar setting. Strong people skills are essential along with attention to detail,
ability to analyze data on stock levels/locations, multitasking, adherence to health/safety regulations & knowledge (in WMS software).
