What you'll do:Serve as a member of the leadership team for Payoneer Europe Limited. Set and drive the strategic vision for Compliance at Payoneer Europe Limited, ensuring the function evolves in line with the firm's growth strategy, regulatory expectations, and global operating model.Lead a high-performing Compliance team, developing talent and strengthening capability to support a regulated growth-focused business.Drive continuous improvement across compliance processes, leveraging data, technology, and streamlined governance to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and scale controls alongside business growth.Oversee Payoneer Europe Limited's risk management framework, utilising the tools of the Group framework and ensuring risk identification, assessment and mitigation as appropriate for the firm's business activities.Develop, implement, and maintain risk and compliance policies, procedures, and standards for Payoneer Europe Limited appropriate for the nature and scale of the firm's business activities and in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Lead the day to day engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland, building and maintaining strong working relationships, overseeing regulatory inquiries and ensuring timely implementation of recommendations. Engage with other regulatory authorities as. Who you are:7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within regulated financial services organizationsDirect experience in a PCF-12 and/or PCF-14 roleProven experience working with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory bodiesStrong knowledge of Irish and EU financial services regulations and the broader regulatory landscapeStrategic and forward-looking mindset, with the ability to thoughtfully evolve risk and compliance frameworks and operating models in response to regulatory expectations, business growth, and emerging risks. Strong capability to translate strategy into execution, ensuring that enhancements to risk and compliance programs are well-governed, proportionate, and sustainably implemented.
