We are currently recruiting for an exciting marketing leadership role within a pioneering, fast-growing beauty company based in Ireland. We're seeking a visionary and commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead brand strategy, team development, and multi-brand growth across cosmetics, tanning, and beauty.They are a scaling, founder-led beauty brand known bridging the gap between everyday beauty enthusiasts and professional makeup artists, with products that empower.Their products are now sold internationally in over 2000+ stores and online, including the likes of Sephora, Look Fantastic and Primark.As the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing organisation across three brands, overseeing brand strategy, campaign execution, and creative development. Reporting into the Founder, you will shape the brand vision, guide NPD marketing, manage agencies, and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, retail, and social channels. You will mentor a high-performing team and collaborate closely with Commercial, Buying, and E-commerce teams to ensure cohesive and impactful execution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute annual brand and marketing strategies to strengthen awareness, engagement, and commercial performance across the full portfolio.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while promoting strong capability and cross-functional collaboration.Partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated planning and impactful multi-channel campaigns.Drive marketing's role in NPD, shaping consumer insights, positioning, concepts, and launch plans.Conduct ongoing market, trend, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Oversee budget management, reporting, and performance optimisation, ensuring ROI-driven decisions, consistent brand execution, and clear insights for senior leadership.RequirementsStrong brand marketing experience within beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.Proven leadership ability, with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Financially adept, with solid skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Insight-driven strategist, able to turn consumer and market insights into effective marketing actions.Excellent communicator and presenter, able to influence across all levels.Digitally fluent, with deep understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel brand building, and comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.If you are a brand-driven marketing leader who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
