Procurement Professional:
We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Professional to join our Supply Chain team at Helsinn Birex Pharmaceuticals Ltd, based in Dublin 15.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials, goods and services to meet the company's operational requirements. This includes cost control, quality and delivery objectives to maintain production schedules.
The role requires supplier management, market analysis and cross-functional collaboration to support inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals.• Evaluate suppliers based on cost-effectiveness.• Negotiate agreements with key suppliers.• Build strong relationships with existing suppliers.• Identify new vendors & alternative sources.
• Monitor supplier performance & implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Drive process improvements through procurement digitalization projects (e.g., e-sourcing tools).
