Randstad are recruiting for an experienced caretaker to work for the Northern Regional College at their Coleraine and Magherafelt bases.
We are seeking an exceptional all round Caretaker to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in caretaking as well as knowledge in maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping duties.
Benefits: Enhanced holiday package Pension scheme Retail, leisure and high street discounts Weekly pay Band 3 £***** per hour (standard hours) Immediate start dates available A pre set rota based working schedule Free on site parking Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role Knowledge on maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping duties GCSE Maths and English, Grade C and above or equivalent Suitable candidates must be available to work between 7am and 10pm on a rota basis Ability to adapt to different situations Effective communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work independently Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an enhanced Access NI check and compliance due to the nature of this work Responsibilities: Opening and Closing the premises Providing facility maintenance General cleaning duties Car park management Health and safety compliance Offering security support Inspect defects on fire equipment Ensure bins are emptied on a regular basis Management of goods in and out of the campus General handy person duties Demonstrate their commitment by their regular attendance and the efficient completion of all tasks allocated to them.
