Responsibilities of this job: Support the Store Manager with all aspects of driving sales and service across the store Coach, train, and develop a team whilst driving sales and KPI's Driving operational standards throughout the departments by developing opportunities and brand promotion Training and developing staff in all aspects of the customer experience, including brand and product knowledge Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and store layout Skills and experience required: 2+ years of retail supervisory or management experience within fashion, home, jewellery or similar Successful record of providing 5* customer service Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a passionate sales team A proven track record in achieving sales targets Strong communicator and engaging personality Love for fashion, crafts, and design Salary package: 34K 40-hour contract Company discounts
