An exciting opportunity to join a well-established main contractor as an M&E Coordinator. Join the service installations team working on residential and commercial projects across Dublin. Expand your knowledge within the M&E Sector with a clear route to progressing into a more senior role with ongoing training and development.
Established over 90 years ago this main contractor have a fantastic reputation across Ireland and the UK, due to continued project wins and strong order books they are now looking to train up a M&E Coordinator. You'll work closely with site project managers helping with planning coordinating and monitoring of all mechanical and electrical related installation. If you're highly motivated and keen to establish your self with a clear path for progress, then this is the perfect opportunity for you
Your role will include:
* Support the management of M&E installations on site in line with project requirements.
* Assist in coordinating subcontractors and service teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
* Help review design drawings and specifications to ensure work aligns with project requirements.
* Maintain project documentation, including drawings and reports.
* Facilitate communication between design teams, subcontractors, and site staff.
* Attend coordination meetings and take notes or track progress under guidance.
* Assist with inspections and testing of MEP systems.

You will need:
* Some experience in construction, building services or a similar role with basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, sprinkler or process systems.
* Familiarity with construction drawings and AutoCAD or similar software is a plus
* Good organizational and communication skills
* Willingness to learn, take initiative and work as part of a team. xyswxtq
* Professional body membership (e.g., CIBSE) is advantageous but not required.
