We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will provide administrative support to our Portfolio Management team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

* General phone handling for the Portfolio Management team from clients, advisors, and professional services firms we work with.
">
* Review and process all team posts, including share certificates and cheques/drafts that arrive.
">
* Set up new client accounts and liaise with our Onboarding team.
">
* Sending out valuations/statements when requested by clients.
">
* Maintaining monthly and quarterly discretionary portfolio reporting requirements.
">
* Liaising with our Payments & Client Services teams as needed.
">
* Reviewing investment publications to ensure relevant information and links are up-to-date periodically.
">
* Assisting in marketing initiatives within our Intermediary business across the team.
">
* Assembling client meeting packs and liaising with our marketing team as required.
">
* Expenses reporting for the portfolio managers on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with administration tasks.
