Main duties and responsibilities
Administrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
Collecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and Audits and inspection programme results
Produce reports
Enter Data (e.g training records, inspections) into online systems
Scheduling external training
Maintaining various files for the department
Ensure that all paperwork is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate location
Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works
Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel and power point as required
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
Qualifications and experience:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
Ability to work on his/her own
Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work
Flexible, honest and reliable
Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role
