Role
This role will support the North American roll out of Unity, leading the project management organization for the deployment within and across the NAM organization, including Imaging, Diagnostics, Ultrasound and Customer Services. The role will be responsible for coordination of the Unity roll out leads for each business in NAM, alignment with project controlling, regulatory, data privacy, and project quality management, among other workstreams.
Responsibilities
* All change management activities required for the country deployment (some guidance/input will be provided from Unity global OCM)
* Key User Training cascade from Program Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) through to end user level: ensuring planning & timely execution
* Country specific testing. This may include some End-to-End involvement with P58 & other systems in the landscape: ensure planning & execution in alignment with Test Management
* All quality, regulatory & compliance relevant topics pertaining to the country - each local deployment project will have its own Project quality management plan (PQMP), which is aligned to the overall global program. Your role is to ensure all Quality requirements are met to timeline in coordination with Program Lead counterparts
* Planning of local deployment costs—ensuring they are timely, accrued and actuals are managed for the duration deployment engagement. This task is in alignment & coordination with the Program Controller
* Acting as the ambassador & key point of contact for local resources involved with the Unity program. As such you will triage risks, issues, concerns, dependencies etc. and alert Program PL & PMO should the situation necessitate intervention / assistance
* Ensuring Cutover execution of all Local activities to ensure business continuity and readiness for transition & adoption and triage Hypercare incidents
* Conducting “best practice sharing / retrospective” assessments post all rollouts to ensure continuous improvements are adopted for future Countries / Waves
Program & Deployment: Required Points of Integration
* Risks / Issues: aligned with program stakeholders to calibrate impact / probability & mitigations
* Decisions / Escalation: align rating of importance, as a standard criteria & thereafter triage
* Go / No-Go decision points: alignment of status (KPI’s) & timing
* P-CUT to Hypercare: transition & meeting pre-defined exit criteria
* Hypercare to AMS: transition & meeting pre-defined exit criteria
Required Skills And Experiences For The Role
* At least 5 years managing large projects and programs, ideally in IT.
* Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
* Financial and budget planning expertise for major projects
* Influencing and stakeholder-management across multiple functions

Compensation
The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is Min $124,800 - Max $187,200. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
