We are seeking experienced professionals to join our logistics team as Route Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring timely and quality service to customers
* Inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, adhering to company standards
* Ensure all orders are correct before delivery, verifying quantities and accuracy
* Drive safely and follow laws and rules of driving, promoting road safety
* Load, unload, prepare, and inspect the vehicle, maintaining a high level of efficiency
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, reporting any issues or concerns
Requirements:
* Full, clean driver's licence
* Flexible approach to working hours and routes
* No convictions for vetting purposes
* Experience in independently driving and delivering goods
* Knowledge of routing, handheld devices, and Eircode's (advantageous)
* Ability to lift boxes up to 14 kgs
