Overview:
PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks an experienced
Senior Cyber Security Specialist
to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level security strategies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive transformational change in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Lead incident management, monitoring, and reporting.
* Oversee log aggregation and coordinate with third-party providers.
* Drive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
* Develop risk management processes and implement mitigation strategies.
* Implement infrastructure security baselines and compliance checks.
* Lead Cyber Security strategy and awareness programs across the organization.
* Manage response to cyber incidents and conduct tabletop exercises.
* Provide security oversight for Microsoft Office 365 migration and Azure AD configuration.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
* Level 8 NFQ qualification
(Honours Degree or higher) in computing or related discipline.
* Recognized Cyber Security certification (e.g.,
CISM
,
CISA
,
CISSP
, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in:
* Designing and delivering Cyber Security solutions and policies.
* Driving security-enabled transformation projects.
* Risk management, incident response, and team leadership.
* Working with international security frameworks (e.g.,
ISO 27001
,
NIST
,
NIS2
).
* Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
