This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and highly experienced HR leader to shape and lead the people agenda during a transformative phase of growth, supporting both organic expansion and strategic acquisition activity. The successful candidate will operate at executive level, partnering closely with senior leadership to build a scalable and future-focused people function capable of supporting continued business growth and integration activity. Develop and implement a scalable People Strategy aligned to business growth, transformation initiatives and acquisition activity Lead all people-related aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning and cultural alignment Partner closely with the executive leadership team on organisational design, workforce planning and future capability requirements Enhance the employee experience to support the attraction, development and retention of high-performing talent Introduce consistent performance management, development and talent frameworks across the organisation Champion employee engagement, communication and change management initiatives during periods of growth and transformation Strengthen leadership capability and succession planning across both senior leadership and emerging talent populations Build a commercially focused and scalable people function designed to support continued expansion Develop repeatable integration frameworks and people processes to support future acquisition activity Support the implementation of scalable HR systems, reporting capability and meaningful people analytics Ensure compliance and best practice employee protocols across both ROI and NI operations What will you require? Proven experience operating within a Chief People Officer, Head of People or HR Director capacity Experience working within professional services and/or technology-led organisations Demonstrated success operating within scaling and high-growth environments Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions activity Proven ability to establish, develop and implement scalable people functions Strong knowledge of ROI and NI employment legislation How to apply?
