Main Responsibilities:
* Foster an engaging customer experience by effectively managing daily store operations
* Promote excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
* Maintain sales targets and maximise store profitability through effective strategies
* Optimise inventory levels, ordering and stock control for efficient supply chain management
* Implement visually appealing product displays and merchandising to drive footfall and sales
* Accurately track sales and stock records using Excel and POS systems
* Provide guidance, supervision and support to junior staff as required
* Coordinate with suppliers, manage deliveries and conduct regular stock checks
* Ensure the store is well-presented, clean and compliant with health & safety regulations

Required Skills:
* Demonstrated experience in retail management or supervisory roles
* Strong customer service and sales skills
* Proficiency in IT with excellent Excel skills (reporting, stock tracking, etc.)
* A genuine interest or passion for marine products or boating is highly beneficial
