Reception Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to fill a key customer-facing position in our Front Office Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and checking in guests, handling guest enquiries efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service.
This is a role that requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high standards of service quality.
The Reception Supervisor will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance, body language, and conduct at all times.
* welcoming and checking in guests
* checking out departing guests and ensuring all charges are properly processed
* handling efficiently and politely all guest enquiries and feedback
* general switchboard duties including taking reservations
* liaising with other Departments as required
* providing exceptional hospitality and guest service
* fully participating as a member of the Departmental Management Team
