We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager on behalf of our client a prestigious 4-star luxury hotel based in County Meath. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all key departments to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and a hands-on approach to driving staff engagement and delivering high service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Maintenance. Ensure a seamless guest experience by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Monitor KPIs across departments and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers and their teams. Support the General Manager in strategic planning, budgeting, and staff training initiatives. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and hotel policies. Address guest feedback and manage any service recovery with professionalism and urgency. Candidate Requirements Minimum 35 years of experience in a senior operations or departmental management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel. Strong knowledge of all key hotel departments and operational standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience with budgeting, staffing, and compliance procedures. A hands-on approach and passion for guest service.
