Getting involved in projects, and initiatives to drive the culture, partnering with business units and developing key relationships, implement new processes and update policies that align with best practice initiatives. You will drive employee Engagement, performance management, Recruitment, Learning, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, succession planning as well as several other projects.This is a great opportunity to work with this organisation who are clear on their people agenda and determined to deliver the best environment for their teams.If you are a strategic HRBP, with ambition, drive, can operate with confidence and have no less than 5 years in a HR position with responsibilities in each of the areas outlined above, then apply for immediate consideration.
