About the Role: We are seeking a Digital Learning Designer for a 12 month contract, to work closely with our team and external subject matter experts to create, review, and edit digital learning content that aligns with our brand and objectives. The role is based in Dublin, but the successful applicant can work from home 50% of the time. Key Responsibilities: Create and edit engaging digital learning content for students, members & staff. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and meets the highest quality standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content. Work with subject matter experts to design and create engaging learning activities and high quality, interactive digital learning content using a variety of learning tools and technologies (e.g. Articulate Rise & Storyline, video, simulations, role plays, games, audio, etc.) Work with Institute departments & third party suppliers to evaluate how we currently deliver our education content and implement recommendations that arise from the findings Other such duties relevant to the role as guided by the Senior Manager for Digital Services The ideal candidate will have: 1-5 years relevant experience working as a digital learning designer or an instructional designer A relevant qualification (bachelors or masters degree) in digital education, instructional design or equivalent Experience creating high quality interactive learning content using a variety of e-learning and learning rapid development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, H5 P or equivalent) and video editing tools Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, with experience juggling multiple deadlines and quick turnarounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and with key stakeholders and contributors Graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro) would be desirable How to Apply: Please submit your CV, and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience for this role.
