We are seeking highly skilled and professional Exam Invigilators to assist with our public sector client's examination process. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and fairness of the examinations.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting out examination papers and stationery, assisting candidates prior to the start of examinations, and ensuring compliance with regulations on the conduct of examinations. You will also be responsible for creating a calm environment in the examination hall, invigilating during examinations, and reporting queries raised by candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High Standard of Spoken English: Candidates must have excellent spoken English skills as all communication with candidates in the examination hall is verbal.
* Flexibility and Availability: The ability to work flexible hours and be available for the entire duration of the exam schedule is essential.
* Computer Literacy: Candidates must be computer literate and able to use various software systems.
* Personal Attributes:
o Punctuality: Punctuality is essential, and candidates must be able to get to the examination venues on time.
o Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required to ensure the integrity of the examinations.
o Mindful of Candidates' Needs: Candidates must be mindful of candidates' needs and provide a supportive and respectful environment.
o Reliability: Reliability is key, and candidates must be able to maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
