To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a not-for-profit or purpose-led sector
* A strong understanding of digital strategy, campaign planning, and multi-channel delivery
* Experience managing or collaborating on website content and development
* Good knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them
* Experience running email marketing campaigns and using segmentation or automation tools
* A solid grasp of e-commerce platforms and how to increase online sales
* Confidence in running social media ad campaigns and using analytics platforms
* Strong organisational and project management skills
