Document Controller – temporary 6-month contract
What you need to know:
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Document Controller on behalf of our client, a leading Medical Device company based in County Offaly.
This is a temporary 6-month contract, working Monday to Friday (37 hours).
Your New Job:
The document controller reporting into the QA Supervisor will handle managing controlled documents, ensuring proper approval, issuance, and maintenance, while supporting compliance and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
* Manage creation, revision, approval, issuance, and maintenance of controlled documents.
* Ensure proper routing and implementation of document change requests.
* Report document control metrics and maintain required training compliance.
* Support operations and perform additional tasks as directed by management.
What are we looking for?
* 2–5 years’ document control experience within the medical device industry, including change control, revisions, and adherence to strict procedures.
* Strong planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to guide end users.
* Proven success in implementing documentation for new product introductions and supporting training processes (ICDH).
