The role of HRIS Workday Lead involves deploying, managing and optimizing the Workday HR platform across Goodyear's global footprint. This entails translating complex business needs into scalable Workday configurations and driving system enhancements that maximize value, efficiency and compliance across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, configure, test and deploy Workday HR functional modules for a global workforce.
* Evaluate system configurations to ensure they meet both global and local business requirements including statutory regulatory differences.
